Small, independent, and worth the drive out.
You'll find us in The Quadrangle at Seale Hayne — the striking old agricultural college just outside Newton Abbot, with its arches, courtyard and long views over the Devon countryside.
Most people arrive for a wander round the grounds and stop in afterwards: a pot of tea, a slice of something homemade, a lunch platter if the walk has earned it. Plenty stay far longer than they planned.
No group behind us, no franchise, no upsell. Just one small team, cakes baked as Pretty Little Bakes, coffee made properly, and somewhere lovely to sit for as long as you like.
